How it all came to bE?

I’m not a stay-at-home mom all the time. Although, for more than 10 years, I did pause all travel. I was giving birth, breastfeeding, and simply being.

Today, I share childcare with their dad, which allows me to pursue my business dreams. I love showing my kids the world, but I also adore holding them close for long cuddles and cooking together.

A long time ago, when I first became a mother, I promised myself I would teach my children how to live in alignment with themselves—without sacrificing what hurts. It’s not easy, because life is a hero’s journey, but I want to be a mom who inspires them to seek their own sense of fulfillment. I have no plans for who they should become. I just want to walk with them wisely.

I left behind a career in architecture, and I have no regrets. The experience I gained running my own studio for years is something I’ll never forget—and that’s probably why Blue Lotus, which I’m building and renovating here in Egypt, will have a standard you rarely find in local construction.

I trust the wisdom of life and how it’s guiding me on this path. I genuinely love people, I’m fascinated by their stories, and I love listening. My mind is like a black box—constantly collecting data and connecting the dots.
I’m still working on myself, and I want to be kind to myself. I’ve learned to forgive my missteps. I know “wrong decisions” are actually lessons, and I try to see them as such.
I also know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea—and I’m okay with that.
